Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Our Service

The service being offered is the hire of a JCB 3CX with highly experienced operator.
We will not permit any other person to drive or move our machines.

Contracting our Services

Hire periods are from 1 day to multiple days/weeks or project start and completion dates. A contract will be agreed for works required and estimated completion time.

Please make initial enquiries via the website or by phone to assess if our services meet your criteria.

We will assess your requirements and advise if we feel our plant and operator are suitable for your needs. We reserve the right to ask for a deposit to be paid. This deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of booking our services.

If we arrive at site/property and there have been significant changes and requirements to your brief and our pre-arranged agreements, we can reassess and revise in accordance. However, if the safety of our operator or if we feel that the job has changed significantly, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and withdraw our services.

If your changes result in a delay in our ability to complete the works as previously agreed you may be charged additional daily rates to cover time wasted.

Payments

Once we have agreed works and you have agreed the estimate for the job, we will forward payment details. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash only. NO cheques accepted without prior notice and agreement

Refunds

Refunds will only be made if a job is cancelled 7 or more working days before commencement date.

If you need to postpone works relating to our services this can be negotiated if within a suitable time period, we reserve the right to ask for prepayment where this may occur to secure future dates.

Unforeseen circumstances

If we cannot carry out works as agreed due to unforeseen circumstances on site and not though fault of our own, we will discuss options with you. We reserve the right to charge in full or part of the job, depending on the issue and authenticity.
